Can you see vergil's slashes when he performs judgment cut?
===
"
'Your bullshit assumptions' = "Vergil is FTL.""

He's fast enough to create warp bubbles so yeah

Point out where canon and not gameplay shows he's Faster than Light.
Point out where canon and not gameplay shows he's Faster than Light.

"Yes, I can"
===
Trolling once again http://youtu.be/wmXhOQgWzEg 2:28 you absolutely can not see him slash with judgment cut

Judgement cut is canon it's a move vergil knows and it happens to have FTL movement.
==
Technically they've recently discovered temps below 0k.
And on this FTL matter? The whole argument ignores the fact that this comes from Yamatos ability, not the users raw speed. Not to mention the issues with giving such a definitive speed to such an unknown and theorized event.

Yamato's ability? The description clearly states its vergil's speed
"A sword imbued with tremendous magic"
~So magic plays its part
"A swift motion of the blade that cuts through dimensional barriers"
~When Dante's wielding it and doing his self-titled 'imitation' of Vergil's slash, which we can visibly see him preforming as a normal slash.

All I see is gameplay footage, a random suspect description, your "bullshit assumptions" that rules of the DMC universe operate exactly as ours do (despite being filled with magical weapons of which Yamato is one), and your ignorance of the fact that Yamato has limited dimensional altering capabilities, as the basis of your argument that Vergil has FTL limb movement.
The entire series contradicts your pathetic argument when it showcases speed from Dante and Vergil themselves. They do not have FTL movement speed when they are shown fighting. They do not have FTL reactions either. They most certainly cannot have FTL limb movement speed like you are suggesting.
Then are the devs time-travellers? If not, they were clearly on crack when they made that description thus leading one to conclude that it is hyperbole. Or are Nero's slashes omnipotent now, and does Vergil's speed cause blindness? If so, Imma wank the hell out of that and say that they threw their fights against Dante.
At least you understand how ridiculous his argument is.

..Yes, yes they are :T Its not like they were the first to suggest sub0k ice before the recent confirmation, just like all the accepted FTL feats people have had for ages. And FTL is far more sketchy, especially now the ice has been proven to be true.
Not like this will come up in debate unless Dante's pegged against one of the few sub-ks

It's hilarious how you guys ignore the description on something than go with the description on something else
===
""A sword imbued with tremendous magic"
~So magic plays its part"
==
Which has nothing to do with judgement cut. As the description says its vergil's speed
==
""A swift motion of the blade that cuts through dimensional barriers""
=
And that's not a hyperbole? Still not the same as what vergil is seen doing
Eh, the Frosts have nothing else to establish the fact that their ice is colder than AZ, just that it's magical in nature due to its resistance to conventional fire. And it's not like the devs do not like to engage in hyperbole. Omnipotent slashes...
Brah, everything's sketchy in fiction. But whereas FTL has only S/T continuum and mass related issues, going below AZ means that such a thing can't even exist due to lack of quantum movement.
It's hilarious how you ignore all the speed feats already established by canon for Vergil, whilst proclaiming a random statement as canon instead.
The difference is that Yamato has canon evidence that shows its capability to manipulate space to some extent. Vergil has a multitude of feats that establish his speed as hypersonic, and one statement about an attack that supposedly gives him FTL level speed, because that is what he'd have to have in order to pull that attack off with a regular sword, but Yamato isn't a regular sword.

"Unsheathe your sword with blinding speed to cut through far away enemies."
"A swift motion of the blade that cuts through dimensional barriers and unleashes a vortex of destruction."
Both mentioning speed, with the second saying that it is able to cut through dimensional barriers, the second also using a very visible motion.
Targets dying without being able to feel the blade could be a hint, but tbh like what you said about FTL, what establishes itself as what it is? 99% of things we use either from calcs, demonstrations or by descriptions fail to show what they should. And 0k isn't really one of those 'Almighty, godly' kinds of hyperbole, being as specific as it is.
Having mass is a huge deal :T Even if you don't want to take its sub, or even 0k, its still going to be incredibly cold for tanking magma. Natural temps get close to Zero, so there's something for a min.

DMC4 Dante is also faster than DMC3 Dante/Vergil. His argument suggests the opposite.
No, but being < 0K is 'Almighty, godly' kinds of hyperbole. If it was <= 0K, something prevents it from affecting shit around it, so maybe that same thing prevents it from affecting the targets the way a <= 0K attack would.
Naturally, it's fiction. We assume the physical/fundamental laws in that universe are the same as ours, even when contradictions exist. If you ask me, it's pointless debating characters from different universes fighting each other, unless they're part of a shared megaverse maybe.
I just briefly read an article on that <0K gas those dudes discovered. They said it was actually 'hotter' than a 0k gas as it possessed more energy due to its inversion of the Boltzmann distribution.
DMC devs on crack are inadvertent genii.

But yes, I have read the wiki page you tried to link me to.

You have me confused with Dante. (please log in to view the image)

He does since he needs magical swords to penetrate stuff.
