- yeah, she's not allowed to use the bracelets so by default she is lower than thor, hulk, superman, and norrin whom are all totally bulletproof. wonder woman is not, hence the bracelets.

doomsday would slaughter her with his bone spiked knuckles without her being able to block.

-your list is way off since without being de-powered, norrin has only been cracked from physical blows, from galactus level beings no doubt. against a brick like doomsday/hulk, norrin is invulnerable from harm.
