Prometheus wins and there is no last incarnation of him. He has appeared in only three arcs and each time he nearly took down the whole JLA with his standard equipment.
Even a chump using Proms armor took down Shiva pretty easily. With Promtheus during JLA and Cry for Justice he'd beat Taskmaster as if Taskmaster was a 5 year old with down syndrome.
Time and time again, Prometheus has shown that he can't deal with threats he hadn't prepped for...random encounter, he could try using his neural chaff and strobe lights, to throw Tasky off, who would then switch to Daredevil's style, and win.
Time and time again? He's only had like 3 major appearances and one of them wasn't even the real Prometheus. The other times were when Batman hacked his helmet which Taskmaster is unable to do, and when Green Arrow plucked him in the head
Also switch to Daredevil's style? Wut? Taskmaster switching to Daredevil's style doesn't give him Daredevil's senses

You also forget when Catwoman infiltrated the JLA and with a whip, took him out.
Edit: the Cry for Justice mini also showed what happened when he met the Shade, who was a villain and thus Prometheus had NO files on. Guess what, he also got dominated then.
So if he has had 4 major appearances, with one not being him - that's 3 appearances, with one showing how he wasn't all that without prep (Catwoman, hardly a top tier MA) and the other with Batman hacking, and the Shade.
So, 66% of his showings agree with me
As for Daredevil (never said he had his senses, btw. My point was that he would fight blind):

He would get his face kicked in horribly if he tried to fight Prometheus blind. The only reason it worked on Elektra is because she freaked out when she recognized Daredevil's style, one she got over it the next fight she 2 shotted him.
