I think I understand why you feel that way. Instead of focusing on just a few story-lines and characters there were so many threads introduced and explored in episode three that it did feel more unfocused than the first two. I think, however, that is simply because we are now being faced with so many changes and paths that it feels overwhelming. Perhaps deliberately that is why Ep 3 is titled "Stray".
So far I love the writing of Westworld and I am confident that it is not going to disappoint even as is continues to evolve.
It's starting to get a bit full of clichéd characters. The enigmatic creator. The stoic bravado of the security guy. The over the top arrogance of the writer. The hardass director. The 2 brothers in law,one the naive type and the other the ******* type.
Haven't played the newest episode yet, I need to fix that.

I wonder who stopped that one lady in the theater, when she was talking to Bernard/recording the data.

Legitimately had no idea that Bernard [SPOILER - highlight to read]: turned out to be a host. There are plenty of interesting new situations going on, this show keeps on with the quality. Maeve is turning out to be one of my new favorite characters.

"Westworld 2.0 is officially happening.
HBO has ordered a second season of the sci-fi robopocalypse thriller – another 10 episodes.
There’s just one catch: Given its epic scope, Westworld probably won’t return until 2018, says HBO’s programming president Casey Bloys. The Westworld pick-up was expected as the show has delivered a mix of critical praise, pop culture buzz, and strong ratings (the series is averaging 11.7 million viewers across all the network’s platforms – more than even Game of Thrones racked up during its first season)."
Do you think Bernard was real at some point but was replaced? Ford seems to be doing that with Theresa now and the host he's currently creating. (I'm currently one ep behind, so maybe it's already explained either way)

Fantastic ending. Looks like no one else cares but this season was really sow thing. The man in black ended up being my favorite character FYI before Bernard jumps in here and tries to mimic me.
