Lightsabers only: Malak 6/10 in a very difficult fight.
All out: Luke probably for about 7/10.

At this point, Luke may be able to take out Malak in a duel, but I'm not sure about the all-out. Malak, adding to his stasis and drain, also has lightning, which RotJ Luke has no defense against.
