If no other evidence is shown or given then characters are operating at their average in any scene. So that means Probes were operating at their average when fighting Superman, DD was operating at his average when fighting Superman.

And the moon wasn't nearly split in half. It didn't even have a big enough crater. It's just a hyperbole from Uatu.
