"a glitch is like a mistake or an irregularity. it's something that is not supposed to happen. in the movie the glitches in the matrix are when somebody experienced deja vu (feeling like they saw or experienced something twice). that is not supposed to happen in the matrix and shows a mistake in their system."

Kinda like Nuke's story.
