Personally, I thought the OP had created a somewhat interesting scenario, and found it entertaining enough to explore the possibility. Is there evidence that Palpatine can pinpoint Kahn in pitch darkness over a football field's length away?

Yes In ANH even Noob Luke can deflect blaster bolts without even looking. And Kanan in Rebels was just as formidable a lightsaber and powerful (if not more so) after he was blinded. He even deflected a rocket coming at him in one episode.
Clearly the Force doesnt need your eyes to see.
Not to mention he can light the place up with his Lightning.
Its a daft scenario tbh, which only makes this battle even more one sided than it already was.
That is a great example! I enjoyed Rebels a lot, but apparently forgot about Kanan's force feats after his blinding.
I was enjoying this debate, but I knew that Kahn had a very uphill battle ahead of him. Luke's first training with the Force is really a no-brainer, while Kanan's showings basically confirm the fact. I'm not so bold as to claim that Palpatine, far and away marked as a powerful Sith Lord, would not be able to replicate such showings.
I concede. I do not see an effective method for Kahn to overcome the Chancellor's Force onslaught.
Not unless I want to start arguing the merit of inter-universe mechanics.

Luke’s first training montage was on the millennium Falcon, wearing a helmet that shielded his vision. That first and single scene proves that Jedis have no need of their eyesights when using the force.
Based on which necks has he snapped? He did not even kill Ben and he tried. What a failure. Ben does not have Khans durability or his cellular regeneration. Khan wins.
