Kyp - post-Nathema Vitiate/slightly above Vader in Force (Yoda+ in raw power), TCW Obi Wan/Galen Marek in sabers
Jacen - Galen Marek in Force, Dooku in sabers
Jaina - SoD Maul in Force, RotS Obi Wan in sabers
Kyle - RotS Obi Wan in Force, TCW Obi Wan in sabers

Cilghal is hard to rank, she could be anywhere below Jacen tbh.
Alema is also hard to rank. While most of her force powers are impressive, they arenīt out of the reach of, letīs say, Tahiri Veila. But her TP is insane, and she could be much higher in the list.

That was a mistake.
I don't know much about Streen's power, so I didn't put him in the list.
Kyp was described as being an "expert swordmaster" by Luke in Backlash ; he was also able to duel evenly with Luke in Fury.
Kenth was able to contend with Saba quite well( with circumstances, though).
Just a note: The LOTF series makes clear that Saba is *at least* equal to Kyle Katarn based on Darth Caedus' comments, but I'd wager she's actually better by a fair margin.

Luke in spars tends to hold back drastically. Even Leia beat him in a spar during the Corellian Trilogy.
Durron is an insanely talented swordsman, but I don't think these things are what put him so high up there. Instead: slaughtering Vong, being an exotic weapons specialist, having the raw power to carry his physicals and wield his blade more effectively, and holding some form of parity with Kyle K is what places him so high up.
