He had the chance to fight back he chose to wait because he is nowhere near as powerful as Snoke. He was closer to Snoke than to the guards and the guards did not show long range capabilities.

False. He went down with his guard down. He led the First Order and anyone with a brain would not believe such absurdity. You may not like him but he led the First Order which dominated the galaxy. Facts.
Sidious was distracted with torturing Luke and given Vader limped over to stand next to him, he had zero reason to think Vader would betray him and he wasn't reading his thoughts either.
Snoke meanwhile had said as such that Kylo wouldn't betray him, while sitting on his throne and actively reading every thought and saying that nothing was hidden from him as he read his mind.
Now had Snoke not had done this and said that he was, the scene might be more believable. But it's not, not with the way it was set up.
How can one read one's mind in its entirety and yet still get shocked at the actions said person does? It makes zero sense.

No, no, no. What is worse is that Luke is his damn son. How the hell you would not see a possible betrayal coming is silly.
So it is even worse the thought not even crossing his mind. Stupidity. Arrogance.
Because you control your mind and the situation by moving two sabers while the guy is too arrogant to look around. He let his guard down. Arrogance. The director explained the scene. You may not like it but you do not dictate Star Wars canon.

I quoted him word for word.
In my mind, he walks in there knowing basically that he is going to betray Snoke but he does not know yet exactly what the mechanism is and what his opportunity is going to be. But he has gone in there with the intent of, whether it is now or whether it is later or whenever it is, when he brings Rey in there, he has had that connection with her and what he says in the elevator… from that, in my head I thought, Okay, he knows he is going to do this but he does not know how yet and when he sees that opportunity with that lightsaber next to him and sees Snoke distracted and realizes he can give this an attempt, he goes for it.
I certainly wouldn’t call Snoke weak, just not as powerful as Sidious in that regard.
Snoke did cause an extremely powerful force bond between Rey and Ren and moderates it throughout the movie. I don’t believe Bader is capable of something like that.

He did not see the lightsaber next to him. The situation was perfect for deception. He was distracted so the weaker character went for it since he is too weak to defeat him directly.
I posted the directors words. Argue with him.
No, we see Snoke casually defeat Rey and humiliate Ren with his own powers. Snoke is extremely powerful.
It doesn’t matter if Snoke didn’t see the lightsaber turn, if he was reading Ren’s thoughts accurately, then he would foreseen his death before the lightsaber was switched on.
Yep the connection was already there. He explained how they were connected by the Force.
As for whether Vader could do that, well Maul formed a connection between Kenobi and Ezra.
Snoke clearly has some strong force powers. But they are not on Sidious level. Not by a long shot. And with his crippled body I dont see him being able to take any of the movie Sith without aid from his guards.
