LOL! He wasn't killed. He was STILL standing, with one arm gone. He later repaired and healed. That storm was able to rewrite TIME and SPACE, killing everyone that was struck by it. Yet, it didn't do shit to Lobo other than losing an arm.
It appears as a bunch of lightning strikes that a bunch of beings are running around in the direct mist of, avoiding the strikes. I don’t see anyone shown being killed by one. One strike hits Lobo directly on his arm.
Thor is caught in the equivalent of an explosion; one that rips through multiple realities. It’s described as a tsunami and a tsunami is more powerful than a storm. What Thor endures is far greater.
Those strikes were eating away at the microverse. Potentially destroying all of creation. Plus, you have to read the issue. Some of the residents were destroyed.
Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.
Lobo didn't actually get hit with the entire Storm though, just a bolt from the storm and it hit his arm, which it destroyed, and also affected his HF.
IMO while Thor took more damage from his,he got hit with a stronger attack
Like being hit with a storm, against being struck by lighting from a storm on the arm
