irrelevant. A punch is at least as fast as a swipe across to catch something. If Ozy can move his hand the speed of a bullet then he can certainly punch in the vicinity of it as well.
Not irrelevant, merely moving your arm/hand and actually throwing a punch are two vastly different things.
I thought you claimed to have fight training.

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
Wrong. A punch (a proper punch anyway) utilizes bigger and more muscles than simply swiping your hand from point A to point B. Thus it is slower. Slower in terms of preparing and launching it, even if terminal velocity is equal or greater. So I ask again: Please describe to me the process one uses to deliver a proper punch.
Not only is there a strong positive correlation between the two but the time it takes to throw a jab punch from guard up is in the vicinity (but less) of the time it takes to swipe one’s hand across from hands down at the sides (as in the exact way Ozy did it).
In other words, I can snap out a jab faster (starting with my guard up) than I can swipe my hand across my chest (attempting to catch something starting with my hands at my sides).
