Nightwing and Tim Drake vs Captain America and Winter Soldier

In the Batman vs Captain America thread it was shown that Batman would beat Cap quite easily due to being physically superior and having better stats and skill, and that Nightwing is his equal

With that we can conclude that Nightwing would also beat Steve

However with Steve and WInter SOldier together, can they beat Nightwing and Tim Drake? Is Winter Soldier on Tim Drakes level?
