It's difficult to gauge whether Dooku will tire and mess up before Kenobi does. Both of them appear to have a relatively equal amount of skill in their respective forms with neither form being advantageous over the other.
This is assuming both are robots which they're not.
When considering other factors Dooku is a master of Dun Moch which Kenobi has fallen for before. His combative skills may have matured to rival Dooku's, but not his overall mentality.
Throw in Tyranus's prowess with implementing kicks and such and I'd give him the win 8-9/10

Considering that's the form he's had the most experience with, I'm sure he'll do fine when he uses it to go on the offense. He didn't really change until TCW/RotS.
In sabers? In RotS? Not really. Kenobi's Master had been Qui-Gon Jinn, Dooku's ownPadawan; Dooku had fenced Qui-Gon
thousands of times, andhe knew every weakness of the Ataro form, with its ridiculous acrobatics. He
drove a series of flashing thrusts toward Kenobi'slegs to draw the Jedi Master into a flipping overhead
leap so thatDooku could burn through his spine from kidneys to shoulderblades—and this image, this
plan, was so clear in Dooku's mind that he almost failed to notice that Kenobi met every one of his thrusts
without so much as moving his feet, staying perfectly centered, perfectly balanced, blade never moving a
millimeter more than was necessary, deflecting without effort, riposting with flickering strikes and stabs swifter than the tongue of a Garollian ghost viper, a
about this...
Dooku didn't expect Obi-Wan would improve his lightsabre skills. Dooku took it easy on Obi-Wan. That's why.

That's not what Grey was saying. Kenobi's reliance on ataru for attack won't work so well against Dooku who knows ataru inside out. There's a reason that when ROTS Kenobi attacked Dooku he was made "Limp".
No, he didn't. Which is something else he said in the novel.
This is stupid on a number of levels. For one, knowing Ataru inside and out doesn't make you clairvoyant and expect it when Kenobi suddenly switches styles, which is the only point that matters. And two, Dooku making Kenobi "limp" has absolutely nothing to do with either's bladework so it's completely irrelevant to a sabers only discussion. Kenobi also knows Ataru, "inside and out," a process that takes all of one singular year to accomplish. It's not an advantage for either party.
