Thanos won and Thor came up short. Screaming what did you do as Thanos bounced. Sorry but just as Starlord was raging as he left the same happened to Thor. Both failed. Thor did great just came up short against the baddest guy in the universe Thanos.
So Quan, if Thanos is the baddest in the universe, where does he fall on a scale with Snoke, Quan Chi, and any other power hungary maniac that you like?

Thanos is at the top. No one rivals Thanos. I do love other characters but Thanos has always been my true love.
My other hall of fame villains from films at least include Snoke, Voldemort, and Khan from Imto Darkness not the original pile of shit Khan from Wrath of Khan.

He shot him first with a stream of lightning so that’s two attacks. You’re so stupid you can’t even count the attacks. Thanos achieved his goal and Thor failed. He screamed what did you do as Thanos snapped his fingers and massacred half of the universe. Thanos is the guy who would solo Star Wars. He’s on another level. Luke Skywalker and Sidious would bend the knee.
Thanos sucks without the gauntlet. He kinda sucks with the gauntlet too, tbh.
He couldn't even beat half the avengers with like 3 or 4 stones without Starlord CIS. He fights stupidly. He also has no feats without an infinity stone.

Thanos beat the brakes off Hulk and when Thor cheapshotted him Thanos didn’t even budge.
If you were intelligent to watch the movie and realize every time he uses his strength or reflexes and a stone doesn’t light up that’s all him.
Mantis made a Celestial sleep and just the gotg defeated ego with yondu’s help. Strange used the time stone and saw over 10 million scenarios and they only prevailed in one so he’s fantastic. Strange alone managed to beat a universal threat in Dormammu.
Ironic since you a Star Wars fan where Sidious and Yoda can’t even handle each other let alone a team of badasses the likes of which would make any of them drool such as Thor, Strange, or the Hulk.
Thanos beat the greatest team of heroes ever assembled in cinema. Luke Skywalker lost to Ben Solo. Just shut it and bask in the MCU glory while Star Wars is at war with itself because of people like you.
No argument to the contrary, as expected. I accept your concession Nai Ibn Al-Jihad

You're seriously going to waste your once-per-year post on talking to Quanchi of all people?

The gauntlet wasn’t used all together until he snapped his fingers. It weed through an energy beam big whoop. Iron Man blocked an energy beam from Thanos on Titan. It’s pretty common sense you’re supposed to go for the center mass and Thor did the best he could. Being impaled didn’t kill the mad Titan with the greatest weapon the dwarf ever forged.
No, Thanos achieved his goal. Thanos wasn’t there to kill Thor or anyone specifically but to balance the universal population. Starlord was screaming at Thanos and charging him but he acquired the time stone so he left Titan. The same thing occurred on earth after he achieved his mission.
Thor tried and failed. You may say almost but that’s loser talk. I imagine you are a coulda, woulda, shoulda kind of failure. You either do something or you don’t. Thanos achieved his goal Thor wanted to kill Thanos. He didn’t. Cry more.
One shot means it takes one shot to defeat your foe. Thor didn’t just use one attack nor did he defeat Thanos. Next time go with a parent when you watch a film. They can break it down and answer your silly questions.
Concession accepted on Thanos soloing the Star Wars universe.
