this works both ways. Add on the fact that Perseus was faster than achilles, and he had far superior weaponry and armor, and he was the literal son of zeus, and........ Well, I'm sure you took math in school. Perseus obliterates.
I don't care who wins. He's not faster though.
OP gave them similar weaponry to make this a good fight.
Achilles still has the fighting skill advantage. So still a good debate.

I actually watched the 1st movie when it came out in theaters. But that is the only time I saw it. I remember nothing except that Perseus WASN'T RESISTANT TO CUTTING WEAPONS. I basically acted dumb and pretended to not know that.
Are you sure it's an act?

Well what do you think? I admitted to seeing Clash but not Wrath. Of course I watched the 1981 version as a child many times.
People say Perseus wins because he is superhuman. Yet these two are fighting with one shot weapons. So superhuman doesn't matter unless one is resistant against such weapons.
So asking about this obvious non resistance should snap people into focus on the actual things that matter here.
So we have Achilles with superior skill
And Perseus being somewhat stronger (not that it matters) and about equal fighting speed. But without the phucking luck PIS he had.
Who do you think wins?

LOL no, Perseus is definitely faster in his fight scenes. He also thought much tougher opponents than Achilles did.
So Achilles has a God sword now? LOL man, funny how that worked out. He still loses.

He's not faster at all. Who are you trying to con dude?
The each have basic weaponry per the OP.
Hector is more skilled than anyone Perseus fought.
As far as monsters, Perseus was incredibly lucky. He was protected by plot.

Isn't Hector losing to Achilles pretty much the epitome of plot????

He was more skilled than Hector.
I'm judging on the fight sequences. The actual showing of skill.
Hector was incredibly skilled by looking how he fought Achilles.
Same for Achilles (as well as other fights).

Yes but Achilles was always going to beat and kill Hector. Hector could have been given an M-16 and unlimited ammo, it wouldn't have saved him.

LOL which versions of their respective movies did you watch? Everything in every scene of both movies goes against everything you just said.
Dude, Perseus best ARES.

With Perseus fault Calibos, he was way faster than Achilles. There's no scene in Troy that shows Achilles moving that fast. Also, Perseus is far more agile and athletic, he was Ninja flipping off walls and shit. In no world or scenario does Achilles win this.
