'Batman Begins' To Premiere On IMAX
[Wednesday, March 2nd, 2005]Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins will premiere on IMAX on the same day of its theatrical release, says the Hollywood Reporter. This follows on from The Matrix Reloaded, which marked the first simultaneous IMAX release in April 2003.
'Batman Begins', starring Christian Bale, Michael Caine and Katie Holmes, explores the Batman legend and the origins of the character.
"Moviegoers love to experience our event movies in Imax theaters and filmmakers rave about how their work appears on the Imax canvas," Warner Bros' Dan Fellman said.
