John August has been tapped to rewrite Touchstone Pictures' musical comedy
Bob the Musical, says the Hollywood Reporter.
The feature, helmed by Mark Waters, follows a mild-mannered man who suddenly hears the "inner song" of people's hearts after being struck in the head.
The original script was written by Mike Bender.
