Colin Farrell recently spoke with
Sci-Fire Wire about his role as Bullseye in
Daredevil.
He was happy filmmakers opted not to put him in spandex. "I don't know if I would’ve done it if I’d had to wear blue tights all over my body for the two months," Farrell said in an interview. "They did me a favor."
In the movie, which is based on the Marvel Comics series of the same name, Farrell plays an evil henchman. In the comics, the character wears a blue costume, but for the movie, director Mark Steven Johnson "wanted to make it more rock 'n’ roll-y, so he did me a big favor, because I would’ve been dead in those tights," Farrell said. Instead, Farrell will sport a bullseye on his forehead, another departure from the comic book. "That took only 10 minutes every morning," he said. "It was a gelatin. They had printed out gelatin molds, bullseyes they just glued to my forehead."Check out the link above for more!
