Trio Join LaMothe 'Outside'

Isaiah Washington, Mos Def and Wood Harris will star in the urban ensemble indie feature "From the Outside Looking In" for writer-director Jerry LaMothe, who will also star in the film, reports The Hollywood Reporter

"Outside" is described as a coming-of-age story about a young man who narrates the chronicles of his past 20 years growing up with his four best friends (Washington, Mos Def, Harris and LaMothe) in Brooklyn.

Additionally, Monica Calhoun plays his love interest. The young man has yet to be cast.

Production is scheduled to begin in August in Brooklyn.
