LucasFilm splits with Tricon

I don´t know how much that is gonna have an effect on the marketing of EP2, but I´m ver worried, ´cos can LFL get the same marketing without that contract?
Please help me finding my peace back 🙂

Star Wars can very well market it self just by the name. GL is no dummy he find an excellent way to market epII. Just look at us posting on this board and we are by far the only SW board in the world. Dont worry there gonna be so much hype about epII, all you can handle.

I may was a little bit scared because Spiderman beat up SW. Don´t get me wrong, I think SM will be any good, no doubt of that, but I think LFL should do everything to get Ep2 as wanted as posible.[Box-Office]

Spider man is big in usa and maybe uk I guess thats it. The comics havent been around, at least in Norway ,for over a decade. More or less forgotten super hero.
Just like the x-men it really crashed at the Norwegian box offices and it was taken off after only a week. Star Trek skips the movie teathers in Norway and go directly to DVD/video.
