I thought Chicago was a piece of crap it was soooooooooo boring when i went to see it I almost fell asleep like 15 minutes into it!!I havent seen the South Park movie yet and Finding Nemo was ok but in my opinion LOTR surely wins!!

The common perception is indeed that ROTK will receive the Lord of the Rings oscars on behalf of the whole trilogy- the Academy would dislike having to give what is basically one big film awards three years in a row.

I couldn't agree more. I have always said that they would give the Oscar to RotK just to honor it as a trilogy. Likely it'll win Best Orignial Score, Best Director, Best Visual Effects, etc, etc. in Feb.
