help me....I'm going nuts!

Trying to find the title of a movie recommended so many times to me, yet noone has the goddamn name!!!!!

It is apparently about vampires who suck your luck out of you?
There is one famous sequence of a forest chase with the vampires flying and avoiding smacking into trees depending on how much luck they have sucked!!!!!!!!!!
