Looking at the lighting it looks like it could be inside the Nightclub, where Zam pulls her blaster out on Obi & Ani and then she gets her hand chopped off.

TPOA: One other thing I wanted to ask you was about your costume. I think I read somewhere that you said in another interview that your costume had lots of leather and lots of velcro. Can you tell us what it looks like?LW: <laughs> Yep that's probably me. It's leather and lycra. You know what lycra is?
TPOA: Yeah.. kinda.. It's like a shiny, thin, rubbery spandex or something.
