what are some of your favorite old arcade/console games?

I used to play that old shootin' duck game. I think its used to be on super nintendo...or somethin' like that

Duck Hunt, that also came with the NES as a free game. And yu had that goofy dog that would sniff the birds out and chase them for you too.

My faves go back to the early 80's- Wizard Of Wor and Gorf, Space Invaders (I'll never forget the LINES for this game) Venture, Dragon's Lair, Spy Hunter (the sit down version) Rush N' Attack and Gladiator, a neat game where you fought until your armor fell off and either you or the enemy died.

Oh there was also a game named Top Gunner that Konami re-released as Jackal on the old NES-you went aroud in a jeep with a machine gun and a rocket launcher freeing POW'S in a Vietnam like country.

i loved afterburner for the arcade, that game was badass! and bionic comando for NES

I did in the end you need to fight some pink/purple dude on a bridge which collapses after a while, pretty hard, for those days atleast
