The HOTTEST actors in the LoTR are definitely Viggo Mortensen (good-looking all over), Orlando Bloom (same goes with Orli), and Elijah Wood (love his eyes). Although Billy and Dom are definitely the funniest and the cutest hobbits in the film, well, especially Billy. His he scottish or Irish? Just wonderin'....
