I think TH is reaching out for help in the only way he knows how. This smilie animation simbolizes the frustration that occurs in Tired Hikers life when what he attempts to accomplish (making the world and KMC a better place) backfires on him crushing his hope for a better life.
Take for example this thread he was hoping to get a few nice pics of the members here posted before it would be shut down, however, no one accept Tex has posted any nudity thus far making TH feel like a total failure. Hence the wizard smilie being eaten by the dragon smilie.
TH just needs some love, or full frontal nudity. Either will do.
