whats the scariest horror movie of all time?

hey guys as u know i'm a big fan of polls so heres what i'm gonna do every 10 days i'm gonna keep the top 5 horror movies on the list and replace the other 5

i think either the exorcist or friday the 13th is the scariest

I saw the Shining when I was around 10 or 11. I didn't sleep right for about a month. No movie has ever scared me like that. The only other movie on that list that I would consider scary was Seven. That movie messed with my head.

nah, i saw the exorcist 2 years ago .............hell if i had seen that when i was 10 i still wouldn't be able to sleep........lol when we had the earthquake a few a years ago i would have freaked out of my mind.

The Amityville Horror - The reason i choose this film as the scariest film i have ever seen is the fact that the film has some elements of truth this adds an extra level of suspense whilst watching it.

the ring and event horizon were so scary, besides hannibal.

I have to go with Exorcist 1 because they know how to add the demon factor in and still keep it scary. One of those flicks that didnt need a massive body count to get attention.
The Fog was also great, havent seen that one in years. It gets an honorable mention 😛

none of the movies listed above scared me, but i cant think of one that did. ummmm i say childs play when i was like 4 but it doesnt scare me anymore

angel heart was pretty scary when i first watched it

The Ring has to get my vote, the last scenes where she comes out of the TV has to be the scariest thing I've seen in a long time.

i thought the spider walk out of the exorcist was the freakiest scene in a horror movie

i liked pet cemetary.
