The big one (for me any way, if it happens) who would win out of Sidious or Yoda

Forget Obi and Anakin, this is the one I want to see 😄

i asked a question like this a while back and i got flamed by all the cool SW people saying it would never happen!

THERE WIL NOT BE A FIGHT IN THE FILM BETWEEN SID AND YODA BUT SIDIUS WOULD WIN BECAUSE HE HAS THE KYBER CRYSTAL AND HE IS 2ND IN THE MIDICLORIEN LIST AND YODA IS 4TH.

It could happen. And I think one on one, head to head Yoda would win, simply because Yoda uses the light side of the force. Yoda would approach it more calmly and rationally. Sideous would loose control and screw up because he'd become angry.

I hope you`re right Capt. I would hate to see the little guy get his ass whipped 🙂

And I'd like to see proof of this "Midichlorian List..."

I think that's sufficient proof that Yoda is the highest known...

As for the duel, I am hoping it will happen in the movie... and I think Sidious would win.

Yoda would get pushed off like a cliff or something, but survive, and flee to Dagobah in disgrace.

IF they were to duel of course yoda would lose.there's no question about that.if yoda did win 4,5,& 6 would have been totally different.

But sidious is second on the list after him..i think i saw this somewhere. Not that it has any real importance. the midichlorian count isn't everything. yoda could still kick anakin's white butt.

It doesn;t matter who Obi-Wan was talking about, Dexx, GK's point stands- Obi-Wan was using Yoda as the exanple of the highest count, Not that he knows Sidiou's count, of course, and not as if there is ANY canonical list of counts anywhere, and we do not even know the direct relationship between count and power!

The Kyber crystal is a development in the EU of something GL was going to use in early Star Wars scripts but never did in the final product, so it is not at all canon, of course.

yoda is getting older and weaker, but has extensive knowledge of the force+ god of lightsabers. sidious is a bit stronger so more stamina probably, could go longer fights. good knowledge of the force. but ultimately, yoda will probably win.

using lightsabers: yoda
using force powers: sidious

who would win?. That is pretty obvious if Yoda won there wouldnt be an Empire, so if there was a fight Sideous would have won and he kind of does too without fight Yoda at all

in my opinion that yoda would when because he has the more knowledge of the force and he would out force sidious in the force

we dont know anything about Sidious knowledge of the force but it must be great hensing the fact he hides out who he is right under the nose of the JC
