Depressing lirics.

Can anyone tell me of bands that have really depressing lirics? But bands that you actually understand what they are saying so no screaming. And no moshy (sp) stuff either like Celine Dion or something like that.
Something like Evanescence.

at the end of the movie two towers (lotr), "gollum's song" played, it was so sad and depressing. makes a person want to hurt themselves or commit suicide or something. (don't take me seriously on those.) travis said that song "back to life" made him want to kill someone, not for real of course! just depressing is all.

A lot of Elton Johns early stuff is depressing.

Have to check the Gollum song, dont remember that.

Aaah recent suff. I dont like old music (by old I mean before 90).

Depeach mode isn't that like techno or something? 😑 Maybe I'm confusing with something else.

Listen to The Smiths Kes, they've got some moody songs but they were great too.

why do you need depressing lyrics?

Baughhouse (sp), Morressey (sp), The Cure, those kinds of bands could put a razor in your hand for sure
