About July 4, 1947, a UFO reportedly crashed near Roswell, a farming and ranching community in southeastern New Mexico. According to some reports, the bodies of four aliens were found near the ship. In other reports, one or more of the aliens survived for a period of time.
Mac Brazel reported finding portions of a crashed UFO on his ranch. The sheriff of Chaves County passed this information along to officials at Roswell Army Air Field (RAAF) and an investigation was begun by Maj. Jesse Marcel, an intelligence officer.
A press release was issued by RAAF about the flying saucer on July 8, 1947. The following day, the official story was changed by Army Air Force officials. (Both stories were reported in front page articles in the Roswell Daily Record.)
Ok this is what I know about Area 51…Area 51 is located about 90 miles north-west of Las Vegas. Many planes were built and tested there (its on a large dry lake bed great for landing planes) such as the U2 spy plane, the SR-71 Blackbird, F117 Stealth Fighter, the B-2 Bomber, and maybe a hypersonic spyplane called the Aurora
Roswell is a small town in New Mexico. In 1947 (I think it was 1947??) a UFO crashed just Northwest of the town. When it first happened some of the locals went out to the crash site and reported seeing things that they couldn’t explain. Pieces of metal that one could bend or fold but would go back to its original shape when put on the ground. Some said that they saw human like crechers but with large heads and no clothes on. Then they say about 20 minutes after the crash the military from Area 51 should up and said there was extreme radiation in the area and they all had to leave. Some came back the next day but the military had picked up everything. Shortly after the media showed up and the Roswell “Incident” is one of the digest stories in the country. The military at first denies the incident complete but they start to have people coming forward (some of them where in the military and said they were there) and saying they witnessed the incident. So the military just said they where testing secret military planes and one crashed…..lots of people believed the aliens and there craft where moved to Area 51 for testing.
