"It's not good for you. I know it's not good for you because I know most of you aren't clever enough to take feedback responsibly. Now, I know it's unlikely that any of the young girls who post their pictures up use their brain enough to think about the consequences to their psyche, but I just want to let it be known that it's not a good idea.
People will do one of two things:
1) Flatter your appearance insincerely
This is bad because it artificially inflates your self-appreciation and spoils your image by nonsensical ass-kissing. Either you'll be convinced that it's true and turn into a total ***** or you'll hold tightly to the fragile belief and depend on the positive input. Then, when someone points out real and obvious flaws (subjective, but usually fair enough) you'll come crashing down like a bipolar ***** from hell.
2) Call you ugly
This can be very realistic, but still, it isn't healthy for anyone to hear they're ugly often enough. This isn't as much of a problem because I think if a girl is called ugly too often, she would stop posting her picture on the internet. It's only really tragic when some sadistic abusers come about, or if combined with #1. I'd like to also add that I find it strange for internet people, notorious for being nasty sons of bitches, are easy to be found sucking up to even normal or below average looking girls. Desperation?
Friends don't let friends post pictures of themselves on the internet. "
