I am going to a quit smoking class at the start of october,I cant do it alone 🙁

I'm doing it cold turkey and so far I haven't had the cravings hardly at all.

awhh thanks lance,I am afraid of my computer when i finally give it up this where I smoke the most. i have get out and do stuff to keep my mind off of it,i tried before i couldnt do it.
