The "petpet" smilie is malicious in intent. It can be easily derived from the looks on the faces of said smilies. The green one is happy until the blue smilie (the user using the smilie) decides in an evil state of mind to forcefully and viciously knock on the perplexed victims head. One of the most despicable smilies around if you ask me.
