She comes off pretty condescending in her e-mail.

"I'm going to ask you properly because you couldn't do it right the first time."

Depends.

Go with your heart man. Do what you feel is the right thing, don't feel that you have to be forced into something.

i see..

Well, my hearts' saying yes but my minds saying no. It's wierd.

But that's sounds to me like i'm not sure, which means that i'm likely not ready to take that type of plunge.

I mean, you should only marry only if you're really sure you wanna, right?

This is where I'm no help. I really don't know what I would do either.

I agree.

It seems like you're undecided and you even say you're not sure.

I would not say "yes" if I was in your situation.

But, that's just me. I don't want to tell you what you should do because you might just be nervous about having to make a big decision like this.

I do agree with others that she should have said what she said to your face, rather than an e-mail, comes off as being not serious about it.

So that adds more to it then. She's not even serious herself cause why indeed would yo do it over email.

i feel relieved in knowing i'm not the only one not ready.

And you know, yea i may've asked her, meaning i may've been ready, but to think about it, i don't think i was (that) ready either. I asked her outta the blue, i hadn't a ring on me to offer her, probably should'a had one, and this is all while we we're driving home from a horror movie..It was a spontaneous thing.

And spontaneous kinda means irrational. And being irrtional especially when you say something, is usually senseless. I asked cause i thought it was the right thing to do at the time. And it wasn't. And her "no" just reenforced it.

Yea, na. I'm good. I'm gonna tell her that we should just leave it to the fates. They'll perfectly know when the right time and place'll be, if it's meant to be.

Sounds good, you don't wanna go all-in if you're not ready.

My head keeps spinning
I go to sleep and keep grinning
If this is just the beginning, my life is gonna be beautiful

roses are red
violets are blue
all my base
are belong to you.

It's like God put his hand on a random t-shirt and that was the product of it.

hey Roland, i told her.

this was her response:

(mail removed)

Now my heart feels guilty, lol. Damnit. I feel wrong in some way. Like i should take the plunge. Maybe cause i don't see why i really, really shouldn't. Yea i know i said i'm not ready but whom ever is really ready, right?

No that's stupid. You should be ready and absolutely sure. Before something like that. Forget that. I've heard horror stories and i don't want to be another (marriage) statistic.

Anyway, problem solved then, i guess. She's gonna wait it out. And so will i. Thx for the advice too. To all who chipped in.

Peace.

Sandpaper kisses
Papercut bliss
Dont know what this is
But it all leads to this
Youre gonna leave..
Her..
Youre gonna leave..
Her..

Thats the way I like it baby I dont wanna live forever.....

Apparently I'm not allowed to.. well that's just ****ing great! glare
