God, my school is starting to send letters home warning my parents and stuff about how many days of school I missed (which is 15 days).
Well, 6 of those days weren't my fault because I dislocated my knee in class one day, and had to miss like 4 days of school because the doctor said I should miss at least 3 or 4, then I had to miss like 2 more because I had doctors appointments for them to look at my knee.
I don't get it, it's not my fault that I missed those 6 days, it's not like I purposely dislocated my knee.
I'd say missing 15 days out of a 180 day school year isn't that bad. I'm passing all of my classes just fine, so there's no reason to b*tch at me for missing days.
Now I've been banned from any extracurricular activities because of my absences. That includes after school clubs (wasn't in any anyway), being on sports teams (that makes me mad), going on field trips (also pisses me off, I had to miss my first field trip to D.C. because of my knee BTW), and other stuff.
