i love my state.... two cowboys kept trying to pick up on a dudes girl and harrassing her so he beat them knifed them and he wasnt arrested it was self defense..

Likely it was indeed self defense.

exactly.. but some states would arrest him and sent him to jail for use of excessive force and mutual assault/combat.. have him equally charged with a crime.

touching a cop is assault but if you're a civilian you arent always allowed to fight back against some else who touches you

i hate when ppl in court try to charge the victim who was simply trying to defend themselves well he didnt have to kill him he or she could have stopped.. its not that simple in actual heat of the moment fight your instincts have a large impact on how a person responds in certain situations and one shouldnt be punished for what comes natural or instinctual especially when its life , death or bodily harm..

ppl cry well he stabbed him 20 times... so what the guy is in his or her house middle of the night... she or he is the victim
