revelation isnt even given the same lvl of credibility nor recognized as part of the same source material with most scholars and even other stories like the book of enoch isnt consider canon and in academic circles is just a regional story which started off more then likely as an oral story.. 😛
so what ppl know about the devil isnt even part of the scripture nor source material..
plus satan isnt shoving anything and hell is a human concept made up by humans not god nor the devil we just are not in gawds presence..

proof.. the new testament is suppose to be the life of jesus which should be all that is needed that is the original source material nothing need be added nor taken away. but, the church saw fit to include written personal letters from one another arguing about what it is to be a Christian and how a church should be..

revelations was added b/c ppl felt a man's vivid dream was a message from god even though it contradicts earlier source material from the old testament and jesus mouth itself.
sheol was the original hebrew word for man's common grave sinners and prophets all went there there was no after life in heaven for humans.
when jesus went down to sheol which was later translated to hades and then finally modernly further translated to hell he came to raise all the dead and take thme to heaven and close the gates.
the book of enoch only came about from other countries and not from the jewish centered community and its original source material book the torah,, it is regarded by both the hebrews/jews and christians none canon.
the proof your asking for is the same as me asking to proof the sun is a ball of burning gas plasma and various energies and chain reactions.
the problem is mistranslations for example ppl here the word apocalypse and think end of days it is not it is reveal the beginning etc etc.. ppl point at the bible and say see your wrong the bible said this yes it does in english not in hebrew/greek it means completely different thing and it is not menat to be taken literal nor factual..
