not really the obvious answer is the fence link chain bend up when the car hit it and then slammed back down..

its bn explained professionally even though the answer was obvious.. had the owner of the fence had more fasteners the car would have taken the chain link with him..

The fence would have been in motion when the cop car pulled up to it, it wasn't.

no it wouldnt the fasteners and the poles would have absorbed the impact directing into the ground... the fence did vibrate but it stopped almost immediately b4 the cop could notice it.

it was distance, speed, angle and dust cloud kick up...

they replicated the chase even how the car seem to disappear...

if you watch the video it answers every question.
