Some women do or have some of those things. Just like some men do some of that stuff. Women, btw, pay for their own make up and plastic surgery just as much. However it is in many ways for men's benefit and down to man-shaped expectations of society that women have to do that to be appreciated. Man pay for that shit because they like their girlfriends or wifes (or daughters (yuck)) to look that way.

Perhaps on a grander scheme most women, like most humans, are insignificant, but on a personal scale, or even a global one, women can be incredibly significant to many people. To reduce women just to their sexual properties is incredibly sexist and stupid and you should feel ashamed.

Yes, I do think many men like dancing and dating and talking to their friends about their interests and feelings. I also think many men do like to spend money on women, however there we are again talking about society and the expectations that men and women are raised with. You may be right that many men only want to coerce or trick women into sleeping with them, but that is certainly not true for all men.
Additionally, women do like sex...women may not like sex with you, but perhaps the fault doesn't lie with them...just a thought.
