doubtful. the 1st ones i was using were 5 yrs ago. i was on a strict diet due to being in iraq tryin to stay trim.... plus the shaving made me look like a lil kid.

i be more then happy to fight you for a few grand maybe you can make it to vegas or reno for a cage fight after you pay me to see if your opinion pays off.

i think you might outweigh me by 220 to 240 lbs. you still 400 lbs?

seriously, how is your diet goin for you?

i am concern for you b/c i really respect ppl who try to lose weight or get fit also my dislike for over weightless is another reason for my concern.(blame my stepdad).

It's going alright, I've been more active. I tend to listen to an album now and have a long walk. I also try to eat healthier, it's definitely on the right track, should go faster though.

you try any sporadic workouts while watching tv, maybe during commercials?

try to do as many push up, sit up crab lifts and whatnot maybe steam engines between commercials..

I don't have a TV.

while watching shows on your laptop then..

i guess just eating the right food counting the calories.. i normally eat soups with lots of vegetables to help drop weight.
