I haven't smoked and I don't think any of the medicine I take dehydrates me. I'll talk with my parents about it when they get home. Until then I'll just drink a lot of water.

This is true, I should of said RJ too. Dave and Axel usually do it in a more subtle way though. Notice how I did say usually, that meaning they sometimes do as well haha.

Yeah... if it's not medicine or weed, you might just wanna do the best you can and drink water. If you've been working out that could be it, or if you just ate salty food that also could contribute. There's also of course heat.
