Recently, the website Cobs Online (http://cobs.jp) conducted a survey of 633 female and 222 male users, asking them some of the most common perceptions that men and women have toward each other in Japan.

Japanese girls assume that guys…

* …like big breasts
* …like skinny girls
* …want to treat girls
* …dislike highly educated women
* …like younger women

Japanese guys assume that girls…

* …like name-brand items
* …think it’s natural for the man to always pay
* …can’t decide anything on their own
* …want to quit their jobs after getting married
* …are always neat and clean

lol a lot of that is true. A lot of guys do like larger breasts. Example: 85% of the Male population. Such a sad fact =(

I think the skinny women and highly educated women parts are more depressing.

But I have adequate breasts, so maybe that's why.

XD that's not the point! The point is that most of the male population tends to seek out the hottest girl and puts out the one that's not up to their figurative par.

I've rejected a guy that ignore my friend and gave the reason that she was ugly. So I responded with a "Oh sorry, I don't date ugly guys". =)

That's nice of you.

Although, I don't necessarily equate large breasts with the hottest girls.

A lot of guys that I know do

That's not an example, that's a randomly generated figure. And example would be this: "My brother likes big breasts"

I find the difference in the type of things guys and girls think very interesting. It's pretty much what society thinks the gender roles should be, so it's not surprising, but it shoes very much the difference. It's also interesting that the women generally associated thinks guys want in a girl, while the men thought it was more about what the girls wanted generally, not in a partner or how they are.

My brother likes larger breasts.

Three guys who live across the street from me are constantly bragging about how the girls they date have a "huge rack".

A large percentage of the people around me on a daily basis of the male gender prefer large breasted women which they have more than once mentioned in a conversation of interests.

Don't even joke like that.

Good, that is examples.

I do think they usually mean large breasts with good shape though. I personally don't care about the size of breasts rather the overall form and fit with the rest of the body, though I don't think it's the main focus for a woman's attractiveness, anyways.

You guys can't talk like all men are secretly wanting an intelligent, smart girl and like her for her personality. I constantly see guys so shallow that they won't even talk to a girl that isn't among many of the categories which can define someone as "A dumbass who will bend over for any guy with a convertible".

There are some good guys though. I have friends on both sides of it and I do believe that many guys out there can still be caring and sweet. But I still have the belief that MOST guys are idiotic ass/*** tracking jerks

I don't think anyone is talking like that. Seeing how a large percentage of the population are stupid and shallow assholes, it is quite reasonable to assume that to be true for guys as well. The upbringing and competition based world guys are exposed to surely doesn't help with that either, however I do think it may not be mutually exclusive, i.e. a guy can like both girls solely for physical reasons and also want a girl for emotional connections.
