Dude you're taking it too seriously, he's not actually earless. It's just a metaphor.

Those lyrics could also mean this:
"I'm fearless"
He isn't afraid to battle his critics.
"Now hear this"
Addressing his fans.
"I'm earless"
he doesnt listen to the critics hating.
"and I'm peerless"
He KNOWS there isnt any rapper on his level.
"That means I'm eyeless"
Which means he doesnt see them (because according to him they don't exist).
"Which means I'm tearless"
He doesnt care about what they think about him or the peerless line

It's hard to know for sure, seeing as how complex Lupe's lyrics are. They could have several meanings, rap lyrics (from talented lyricists anyway) tend to mean many different things.

But I don't want to start another argument on the internet.

If I offended anybody yesterday, I'm sorry, I was kind of in a bad mood because my friend had just been in a car accident, and I didn't know if she was okay or not. She's okay now, but she has a big lump on her head.

I asked her if I could touch it. She said no.

I don't particularly care for croutons.

Eminem took second place in the 97' Rap Olympics and didn't lose by much.

So Ice T and MTV both hold Kane in higher regard than you do, so yeah, I'm gonna go with my personal opinion and what they say. I'd wager they're more qualified to judge this than we are. Fact: If Eminem were black, he'd be just another rapper.
