I already did, I went to the gym, and then my arms hurt really badly and I got tired and I slept and got a blowjob.

I never have been able to previously, at least not regularly. This year is going rather well though, I've been going the 8th time today. There's not really anything I've been doing different...I guess I have given myself the assignment to go every monday, wednesday and friday.
