So I had a mozzarella salad for an appetizer, followed by the crab (which was really good, thank you for recommending it) and then a rhubarb with vanilla cream (might sound odd, but it was hardcore).

Rhubarb and Vanilla Cream sounds mint. Seems like a nice dinner.
