That's sad.
One of my dogs died about a year and a half ago (some kind of infection), she was a rottweiler and about 6 years old.
I have a German Shepherd who is about 10, he has all kinds of problems with his joints, and is looking old, and I'm dreading the day that he dies.
Originally posted by Insomniatrici am sorry for your loss. I know the feeling of dreading their passing, I knew my dog was old and was ready to pass away. he had already lost his hearing and also had joint problems. i could have had him put down but i wanted him to pass away on his own terms.
