RC, do you mind if I vent? It's difficult right now but I need to.

I have pain, a lot of pain, but I have to finish a speech for tomorrow. I shouldn't have procrastinated but I've just been so caught up. ( And I want to try to finish my classes this semester instead of take a withdrawal and refund. That would be really hard for me. )

My predicament is as such; It hurts. Real bad. It's hard to focus on what I'm writing. My work is mediocre, at best. It's wordy and void of any charisma what so ever. ( Though I may be a little hypercritical of myself right now. ) I have pain meds. They help a lot, and I'll be able to focus for a half hour but shortly there after my mind kind of drifts. When the mental dysfunction wears away, the nausea is pretty bad. That, I may combat with Zofran, but again I lose a bit of function. And it makes me pass out.

Sooo here I sit taking a little break hoping the more gentle PK will kick in before I resume my work.

Actually I'm going to use you, RC, as an outline to try and curb the wordiness of this speech. If I can shave it up a little I'll be in pretty good condition. So here goes, my hopeful outline to turn ramblings into a brief and memorable introduction to sustainable milky moo management.

Also I took the medicine. Hence that last bit.

The Impact of Sustainable Dairy Collection

(Thesis/Intro and informative goal statement)

Good morning, class. I'd like to share some information about a movement that has the potential to globally change the face of agribusiness and consumption. The proposal at hand sits closer to home than you may think. In fact, it likely has a place in your refrigerator at this very moment.

Sustainable dairy farming is a new and practical innovation geared toward efficiently producing and maintaining bovine dairies while promoting social responsibility and raising the well being of every person and animal involved. Ideally this ecologically friendly endeavor is enacted through the combining of traditional dairy farm values and modern mechanical practices to enhance efficiency, profitability and the herd's quality of life. I'm confident that the ideas I'm presenting to you now will help you shape an informed opinion about sustainable dairies and how they effect you.

I. Overview of what sustainable dairy farming is and comparison to more established methods.
- What is it?
- What traditions does it challenge?
- How does it compare?

(Intro)

The idea of sustainable dairy farming is quite novel. Many see little room for any broad impact from such a specific zone of agriculture. In reality, the impact is boundless and it starts on an even more selective plane; milk collection.

(1)
This practice can be recognized by the merging of beneficial human and animal interaction with the use of safe and effective machinery that focuses on raising quality and quantity of dairy products while cutting cost and time.

(2)
Concept for this innovative system rose from a few analytical thinkers who stepped away from the well established splice in dairy farming; Small operations devoted to traditional hand milking versus large herd dairies who rely on technology to quickly process cows. Quantity sacrificed for quality and vice verca.

(3)
The proposed methods of sustainability are proving to effectively tend to both of these virtues at no cost of another. The herd is maintained in a healthy, stress free environment that allows for technology at it's greatest applied in regard to natural, bovine instinct. Required twice daily milking is personalized and comfortable for cows and eliminates idle time and hectic stress for the animals. The cows, as they do at pasture, follow each other single file into a half- moon shaped rotary where gentle milkers are attached to their udders. The process takes only minutes, as opposed to hand milking, and the cows are never separated or forced into situations that make them nervous, as they are in conventional machine milking operations. The Dairy Farmer's of America organization preformed heart monitoring stress tests on several herds who went through this process and found that 96% of the animals experienced no indicators of any discomfort whatsoever. ( This can be compared to the 88% of hand milked cattle who displayed no signs of stress or the proven 14% of cows who exhibit no identifiable problems when milked using common parlor machinery. )

II. Who this practice benefits and how.
- Cows
- Farm Management and Workers
- Consumers ( see support to follow )

(1/2/3)
Though the DFA's results are indicative of a stress free herd, one might wonder how the cows are managed outside of a milking station. After all, cows need to be vaccinated and groomed to maintain health - a proven stress factor, outside of smaller, hands on dairy operations where the cows can be tended to individually. Large herd farms, it seems must lower the happiness of the animals to clean and medicate insensitively or skimp on the process all together. Sustainable dairies have met this former problem with great success. One manufacturer of this kind of technology, DeLaval, has had highly praised results with a systematic grooming and antiparasitic station that is conveniently en route to the milking parlor. Cows, at liberty, are offered a tasty treat which they must lay down to reach. A powdered antiparasitic and dry soap are dusted on the ground before them so they coat themselves in it without any fuss. Large mechanical brushes that are suspended from the ceiling spin in slow circles and the cows gather willingly around them for a therapeutic " massage ". Following this they are driven gently into an area in which water, and a natural, citrus based fly repelent, rinses any excess powder from their bodies, leaving them cooled off and clean. Because this is all en route to the milking station, this time that would traditionally be spent separating and forcing cows into small holding stalls, is managed efficiently. This secures not only the health and happiness of the animals, but thoroughly enhances profitability for the farm. A process that usually sets a large dairy back a day or more, and negatively effects their stock, is turned into an efficient and beneficial system that is performed daily with short term natural treatments instead of long lasting harsh chemicals.

With this innovative system, cows are not only happy but extremely healthy. FDA recorded the healthy enzymes from small operation dairies to be present 25% more often than they are in the cows studied in large herd dairies in 2010. Noting the previously mentioned stress ratios it's assumed we can expect similar results from the cattle involved in new sustainable method.

III. Comprehensive overview of how you, the consumer, are effected.
- Personally
- Demographically

(1)
Choosing to purchase milk from these 'happy cows' supports your health by providing enzyme and vitamin rich dairy that lacks presence of hormones and pesticides, but how does it really effect you as a consumer?

(2)
Aside from the obvious health benefits as compared to dairy products from cows who are treated with unnatural chemicals, you may be wondering how this movement really effects you. On an economic level, a shift from traditional dairy farming into this situationally applied practice has the potential to be incredibly beneficial. The need for manufacture of the machinery used as well as the addition of cattle to smaller farms who would be able to stick to their family run values while increasing their herd size would open numerous jobs. The decrease in farm spending, and the quantity of available milk would effectively lower it's consumer pricing but have already yielded a higher profit for individual farms. The likeliness of farms merging to invest in the presented products protects the dairy industry from value depreciation and because the equipment used runs efficiently using energy harvested from solar panels, it's nearly completely self contained and stimulating for business on vacant, government owned coastal land.

Sustainable dairy farming is taking off and shaping the world of agricultural commerce in a way it hasn't seen in years. It's benefits seem to stretch across the board and touch nearly every aspect of the industry, but only time will shed light on the success of this promising idea.

John Cena, while you lay there, hopefully as uncomfortable as you possibly can be, I want you to listen to me.
I want you to digest this because before I leave in 3 weeks with your WWE Championship, I have a lot of things I want to get off my chest.

I don’t hate you, John. I don’t even dislike you. I do like you. I like you a hell of a lot more than I like most people in the back.

I hate this idea that you’re the best. Because you’re not. I’m the best. I’m the best in the world. There’s one thing you’re better at than I am and that’s kissing Vince McMahon’s ass.

You’re as good as kissing Vince McMahon’s ass as Hulk Hogan was. I don’t know if you’re as good as Dwayne though. He’s a pretty good ass kisser. Always was and still is.

Whoops! I’m breaking the fourth wall! (Punk waves to the camera)

I am the best wrestler in the world.

I’ve been the best since day one when I walked into this company. And I’ve been vilified and hated since that day because Paul Heyman saw something in me that nobody else wanted to admit. That’s right, I’m a Paul Heyman guy. You know who else was a Paul Heyman guy? Brock Lesnar. And he split just like I’m splitting. But the biggest difference between me and Brock is I’m going to leave with the WWE Championship.

I’ve grabbed so many of Vincent K. McMahon’s brass rings that it’s finally dawned on me that there just that, they’re completely imaginary. The only thing that’s real is me and the fact that day in and day out, for almost six years, I have proved to everybody in the world that I am the best on this microphone, in that ring, even in commentary! Nobody can touch me!

And yet no matter how many times I prove it, I’m not on your lovely little collector cups. I’m not on the cover of the program. I’m barely promoted. I don't get to be in movies. I’m certainly not on any crappy show on the USA Network. I’m not on the poster of WrestleMania. I’m not on the signature that’s produced at the start of the show. I’m not on Conan O’Brian. I’m not on Jimmy Fallon. But the fact of the matter is, I should be.

This isn’t sour grapes. But the fact that Dwayne is in the main event at WrestleMania next year and I’m not makes me sick!

Oh hey, let me get something straight. Those of you who are cheering me right now, you are just as big a part of me leaving as anything else. Because you’re the ones who are sipping on those collector cups right now. You’re the ones that buy those programs that my face isn’t on the cover of. And then at five in the morning at the airport, you try to shove it in my face and get an autograph and try to sell it on Ebay because you’re too lazy to go get a real job.

I’m leaving with the WWE Championship on July 17th. And hell, who knows, maybe I’ll go defend it in New Japan Pro Wrestling. Maybe…I’ll go back to Ring of Honor.

(Punk looks at the camera and waves)

Hey, Colt Cabana, how you doing?

The reason I’m leaving is you people. Because after I’m gone, you’re still going to pour money into this company. I’m just a spoke on the wheel. The wheel is going to keep turning and I understand that. Vince McMahon is going to make money despite himself. He’s a millionaire who should be a billionaire. You know why he’s not a billionaire? Because he surrounds himself with glad-handed, non-sensical, douchebag (censored) yes men, like John Laurinaitis, who’s going to tell him everything he wants to hear, and I’d like to think that maybe this company will better after Vince McMahon is dead. But the fact is, it’s going to be taken over by his idiotic daughter and his doofus son-in-law and the rest of his stupid family.

Let me tell you a personal story about Vince McMahon alright. We do this whole (anti) bully campaign

That's awesome, do you want your own podcast?
