I can see it from both POVs but I do believe in its realness factor. However, the speech has to inform people of it and I have to do tons of research.

Ah, I see. I did an informative speech on the history of video games, once. We were divided into groups and I worked with this really hot guy, I remember.
I'm not even familiar with parapsychology in order to give any insight on it, though. haermm

Parapsychology is the study of psi (psychic) phenomena. The study of telepathy, psychokinesis, clairvoyance, near-death experiences, out of body experiences, ghosts, ESP and remote viewing.

How long is your speech supposed to be, that can help you narrow down what subtopics you'll be able to cover. Unless it's just the researching your having trouble with.

It's for a 5 min speech but I'm only having a problem with the researching. I think that's largely because I hate doing research. I'm a good writer but I hate researching (as previously stated).

I guess its because I might find something I don't agree with. I try not to be that way because I think its closed-minded and I violently judge those I deem closed-minded. But when I feel passionate about something (psychic powers) I don't want to see anything that would suggest that it can never be real.

That can be said about other stuff, as well.

That I do. I'm very objective and love to try to see things from others POVs. That how I gain knowledge and experience. I'm cut like that.
