My bed is tiny. There's a very limited number of ways I can sleep on it. If I go too far one way, I'll knock something from my shelf, if I go too far another, the metal frame digs into my arms and legs and if I go too far yet another way, I'll knock over my XBOX.
Can't reach my window, plus it's been stuck shut for as long as I can remember.
Can't leave my laptop on cause there's nowhere to set it. Can't stand the tv being on cause the light and noise bothers me.
Only way for me to consciously avoid nightmares is to stay awake long enough that I'll know that once I finally do go to sleep, I'll be too ****ing tired to remember that I'm having a nightmare by the time it comes to wake up.
Which is why I'm just reading and sitting here trying not to fall asleep with loud ass music in my head and a flat Monster.
